Our Quality Management System is the basis of our company policy and rules responsibilities, processes and structures.

Customer satisfaction is the highest goal. We work to meet our targets, to fully satisfy our customers, with a Zero Defect Policy for products and services, shipping on time, powered by an efficient and productive team.

Our Quality Management System first was certified against the rules of DIN ISO 9002:1994 in April 1998. In June 2002, we faced the extended requirements of the rules of DIN ISO 9001:2000 and switched in June 2006 to the norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. 2018 we’d move forward and were certified according to the norm of ISO 9001:2015.

TRITEC is audited on a regular base by the TÜV Süd. We proved to have a working and living Quality Management System, every time.
